Readily3D appoints Diego Dupouy as Chief Executive Officer and Nathalie Brandenberg as Chief Scientific Officer; co-founder Paul Delrot becomes Chief Technology Officer
Lausanne, Switzerland — 6 October 2026 — Readily3D SA, the leading company in tomographic volumetric bioprinting, today announced a renewed leadership team as it enters its next phase of growth.
Dr. Diego Dupouy has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. He co-founded Lunaphore Technologies, the Swiss spatial biology company acquired by Bio-Techne in 2023, where as Chief Technology Officer he took the company's instrument from a prototype to a product shipping to pharma and academic laboratories worldwide.
Dr. Nathalie Brandenberg joins as Chief Scientific Officer. She co-founded SUN bioscience and DOPPL, with its flagship technology, Gri3D and associated organoid services. DOPPL was acquired by InSphero AG in 2025.
Dr. Paul Delrot, who co-founded Readily3D in 2020 and has led it as CEO since November 2022, becomes Chief Technology Officer.
Under Delrot, Readily3D took volumetric bioprinting from a prototype to a commercial product, Tomolite, now installed in laboratories in more than 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. Customers have published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers using Tomolite.
Where the company is headed
With this unique combination of expertise, the company’s objective is to scale a proven product into a new standard.
The company's priorities are set to grow manufacturing and commercial capacity, strengthen its presence in territories beyond Europe — particularly North America and Asia-Pacific — and open new applications for the technology beyond its strongly established base.
“Paul built something rare: a deep-tech company where the technology works and the product ships. What we build from here is scale — more instruments in more countries, and the organization that supports the transition towards becoming the new standard in the industry.”
“I started this company to transform volumetric printing into an enabling technology for the researchers to solve the toughest health problems yet unsolved. Having proven the technology to work within a wide community of researchers, my objective is now to make this technology industry ready. Having Diego and Nathalie on board brings to the company the depth it needs to scale.”
“As a pioneer in in-vitro organ modeling, I was able to demonstrate how current organoids amazingly recapitulate certain aspects of human biology. However, with existing methods, organ modeling will soon reach its limits. I joined Readily3D precisely because its technology can overcome these limits.”
About Readily3D SA
Readily3D is a spin-off from EPFL, based at Biopôle, Epalinges, Switzerland. It develops and manufactures tomographic volumetric bioprinting systems. Its technology solidifies bioresins through proprietary light projections, producing centimeter-scale constructs in seconds without inducing cellular stress found in other bioprinting approaches. The company's Tomolite instrument is used in academic and industrial laboratories across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
